These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and xd777 ("xd777", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the xd777 website at xd777.click, all associated mobile-optimised pages, and any related services, products, or promotions offered by xd777.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any part of the xd777 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. xd777 is designed specifically for the Pakistani market. All monetary values on the platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). References to "Rs" or "PKR" throughout these Terms and across the xd777 platform refer exclusively to Pakistani Rupees.

To be eligible to register and use xd777, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. xd777 operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Providing false date-of-birth information to circumvent this requirement is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be excluded from gambling services through any active self-exclusion arrangement, whether initiated by you through xd777's responsible gaming tools or through any external scheme recognised by xd777.
• You must not be accessing xd777 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of xd777 is lawful in your location.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of xd777 or any of its affiliated companies or software suppliers.

Each individual is permitted to hold one account on xd777. Opening multiple accounts, whether under your own name, a family member's name, or a false identity, constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balances held in duplicate accounts.

When registering your xd777 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information including your real name, date of birth, and a valid contact number.
• Keep your registration information up to date. Notify xd777 support promptly if any of your details change.
• Keep your username and password confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Not allow any other person to access or use your xd777 account under any circumstances.
• Notify xd777 immediately at support@xd777.click if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

xd777 reserves the right to decline any account registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

xd777 is required to verify the identity of its players as part of its compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. Verification may be requested at any time but is most commonly required at one of the following points:

• Before processing your first withdrawal request
• When your cumulative withdrawals exceed certain thresholds
• If xd777 identifies unusual account activity that warrants review
• When xd777 has reason to verify the age or identity of the account holder

Acceptable Verification Documents

You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, whether from a family member, friend, or any other person, are not permitted. If a third-party deposit is detected, xd777 may suspend the account, withhold the deposit amount, and request documentation before returning funds to the original sender.

xd777 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.

xd777 reserves the right to refuse any deposit at its discretion, including where there is reason to believe the deposit is linked to fraudulent activity or where the player's account is under review.

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be verified before your first withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement and not a policy unique to xd777.
• Any bonus balance that has not yet met its wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Real money balance held separately from active bonus funds is available for withdrawal at any time subject to the conditions above.
• xd777 aims to process withdrawal requests to mobile wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) within 90 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers typically take one to two business days.

xd777 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer than the standard timeframes stated above. xd777 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

xd777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds awarded by xd777 must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement and any eligible games or bet types will be clearly stated in the specific offer terms displayed at the time the bonus is offered. As a general guide:

• Welcome bonuses at xd777 typically carry a 30x wagering requirement on the bonus amount
• Reload bonuses typically carry a 25x wagering requirement
• Free bet promotions carry their own specific terms as stated in the offer

7.2 Bonus Eligibility

Each xd777 player is eligible for the welcome bonus once only, on their first qualifying deposit. Subsequent accounts created to claim a welcome bonus more than once constitute a breach of these Terms and will be treated as bonus abuse.

7.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that have not been wagered within 30 days of being credited to your xd777 account will expire and be removed from your account. This expiry date is visible in your account dashboard next to each active bonus.

7.4 Refer a Friend

The xd777 Refer a Friend programme is governed by its own specific terms available on the Refer a Friend page. Referral bonuses are payable only for genuine new player referrals who create a first account and make a qualifying first deposit. Self-referrals and referrals of existing players are not eligible.

The following rules apply to all sports and cricket bets placed on the xd777 platform:

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is confirmed only when xd777 displays a bet confirmation with a unique reference number. Bets that are not confirmed due to connectivity issues, system errors, or other technical reasons are not valid and no liability attaches to xd777 in respect of unconfirmed bets.
• Bet Cancellation: Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled by the player unless the "Cash Out" feature (where available) is used in accordance with its own terms. xd777 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where odds were offered in error.
• Obvious Errors: xd777 reserves the right to void or correct bets placed at odds that were clearly published in error (e.g., odds of 1000:1 on a heavy favourite). The decision of xd777 in such cases is final.
• Match Abandonment: In the event a cricket match is abandoned, suspended, or otherwise not completed, xd777 will settle bets in accordance with the official result recognised by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or equivalent). Where no official result is declared, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) bets at xd777 are subject to delays before acceptance. xd777 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time at its discretion.
• Maximum Payout: xd777 applies maximum payout limits per bet and per event. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary by sport, market, and stake level.

All casino games on xd777 – including live baccarat, roulette, card games, and any other table or slot games – are governed by the specific rules of each game as displayed within the game interface. The following general rules apply across all casino products on xd777:

• All game outcomes are determined either by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for digital games or by physical outcomes (card deals, wheel spins) for live dealer games. All RNG software used by xd777 is independently certified.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game, xd777 will apply the result at the point where the disconnection occurred if the game has been resolved, or void the round if the disconnection prevented a result from being reached. The player's stake will be returned in the event of a voided round.
• Malfunction of any casino game software voids all related bets and pays. xd777 is not liable for losses resulting from game malfunctions.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on xd777 and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds as appropriate:

• Fraud: Use of stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund an xd777 account.
• Money Laundering: Using xd777 to process funds obtained through illegal activities. xd777 is required to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share card information in live games, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
• Automated Betting: Use of bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any other technology to place bets without genuine human decision-making for each individual bet.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or incorrectly offered odds on the xd777 platform.
• Chargebacks: Filing fraudulent chargebacks with payment providers for deposits that were genuinely made to xd777. All accounts subject to fraudulent chargeback activity will be permanently closed.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms by the player, xd777 reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons not attributable to player misconduct, any real money balance will be returned to the player via the same method used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity verification.

Players may also close their own xd777 account at any time by contacting support at support@xd777.click. Players exercising voluntary closure will have their remaining real money balance processed for withdrawal in the normal course.

Nothing in these Terms limits xd777's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud resulting from xd777's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

xd777 makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the xd777 platform at your own risk subject to these Terms.

xd777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a change is material – meaning it significantly alters your rights or obligations as a player – xd777 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to your registered address and/or a prominent in-platform notification before the change takes effect.

For minor or administrative updates (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substantive meaning of any clause), xd777 may update the Terms immediately with the updated date reflected at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the xd777 platform after any change to these Terms has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using xd777 and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of xd777 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to xd777's operating licence and jurisdiction. By using xd777, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of those courts or dispute resolution bodies in respect of any claim arising from these Terms.
